Admissions

"I didn't know much about St Paul's but I knew it was a good school and Colet Court was the best way to get there." — 3rd year boy

Colet Court enjoys the advantages of a large school campus while retaining the caring atmosphere fostered in its smaller community. Staff and older pupils help new boys to settle quickly, encourage them to seek out new opportunities from our extra-curricular activities and to feel they belong at Colet Court. Like our current pupils, your son will enter our school in boyhood and emerge ready for the challenges of adolescence with a sense of self-esteem and self-discipline, helping others to find their feet along the way.

There is no such thing as a typical Coletine

One of our strengths is our diverse intake and any potential pupil is considered on merit alone. We encourage applications from talented boys of any background and we have a bursary and fee support system to ensure we can offer our extraordinary education to any boy who may benefit from it, irrespective of other factors.

We would like parents who are considering Colet Court and St Paul's School to approach us with questions or concerns they may have at any stage of application and admission. The Admissions department can be contacted, either by email or telephone, throughout the school year and holidays. You can also request a prospectus and download our annual information booklet. We can arrange visits and offer assistance for parents considering a range of schools and we are available for consultation throughout the application procedure. Our Open Morning takes place in November each year.

Our entry points are 7+, 8+11+ and then 13+ and 16+ for entry to St Paul's.

Boys are accepted at Colet Court on the understanding that St Paul's will be their first choice of senior school. On occasion boys may elect to transfer to other schools, often as a result of changes in parental circumstances. Coletines rarely have difficulty securing a place at their first choice of senior school.

Our admissions policy and our terms and conditions can be found under school policies.
