Parents' Committee

The Parents’ Committee was established over ten years ago to foster a sense of community amongst parents in the school and this aim remains at the heart of the Committee’s activities today. A number of social events are organized throughout the year, bringing boys, parents and staff together, whilst also raising money for charitable causes and for the school’s bursary fund.

The Committee is made up of at least two parents from each year group and is supported by a network of class contacts throughout the school. Three main events take place every year: a supper for new parents in September – a great opportunity to get to know other new parents and the staff; a Christmas Fayre in the Sports Hall in November – hugely popular with the boys and a fun family event; and refreshments for parents during the two school Sports Days in June.

The Committee is a voluntary organization and its members are extremely grateful to those who either take part in it on a regular basis or support its aims throughout the year.
